Principal Interior Designer
I knew from a young age that I was interested in interior design. As a girl I inherited my mothers old dollhouse and immediately began dusting off the cobwebs and fixing it up. Being resourceful I took old carpet samples that were laying around the house and cut them down to size to fit into my new dollhouse. I re-wallpapered the walls and made the perfect environment for my dolls.
For me, making spaces beautiful and functional was a passion then, and still is today.
My passion for home design led me to Seattle Pacific University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design in 2008. This helped me to hone my eye for color and my talent for space planning. I am committed to making your home a more serene and functional place to live.
Our well-being depends on this peaceful rest and time with those we love when we’re not in the daily grind. My goal is to help you create a living space that you love being in; a retreat from the rest of the world. I will help you transform your house into a home; and I will add warmth and functionality to your living area, creating a space that you love and that is uniquely you.

Interior design has always been a hobby of mine but initially after graduating from the University of Washington I pursued a career in Physical Therapy.
When my husband and I purchased our first home, I finally had the opportunity to put my hobby to use and create a place that felt like home for us.
Although most of my role at KMI is behind the scenes, you may hear from me occasionally as I oversee all of the administrative aspects of our projects.
For me, design is less like work and more like a lifelong opportunity to help others tell their unique stories through the spaces they call home.

Bailey Rehman | Senior Interior Designer
I believe that great spaces do more than serve an aesthetic function — they connect, uplift, and last. My goal is to create environments that are not only functional and durable, but emotionally resonant. To me, great design is an exhale. I strive to create the same relief as coming home after a long time away, when the air feels lighter and your shoulders finally ease.
At a very young age, face inches from a bed of moss and lost in the wonder of the smallest details, I made a point to never lose my spark for the magic of creating one’s own world. I later stoked this passion by studying Interior and Architectural Design at California State University, Long Beach, and internationally at Coventry University in England. My continued international travels serve as a constant teacher, revealing the beauty of diverse perspectives and unconventional solutions for living well.
With thanks to many along the way, I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail, a love for the interplay of texture and color, and a knack for unexpected solutions. For me, design is less like work and more like a lifelong opportunity to help others tell their unique stories through the spaces they call home.
